Return & Exchange Policy

If you're awesome enough to grab some merch from GYC Giveaways, we want to make sure you love it so much you never want to take it off.

So if your gear shows up and it's not quite what you imagined (damaged, hilariously the wrong size, or just not your vibe—especially if it’s a women’s tee and you’re definitely not), we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, and they must be in the original condition you received them. We do not accept returns for items that have been turned into a napkin, worn to mow the lawn, or borrowed by your Uncle Tony for his bowling league.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. (We’d love to cover that, but the GYC prize pool isn’t infinite.)

To start a return or exchange, please email us at info@divisiontv.com with the following info:

• Your order number

• Which items you're sending back

• The sizes you’d like to exchange them for OR let us know if you’d prefer a refund

Once we’ve got that, send your return to the address below. Make sure to include a tracking number—it helps us get your replacement or refund to you faster.

Important Note: If your order was part of a sweepstakes, returns are not accepted after the winner has been announced. Exchanges are still fine within the usual 30-day window.
